I was thinking about all of that. However doing some research into what else is going on I do have oil that builds up in the exhaust manifold after sitting a few days.
I'll have to pull the exhaust and see which head is having the issue.
Failed turbos look normal. No excessive wear. Just scream like hell with the bearings.
Found 3 trailer tires low today as well with faulty valve cores. It doesn't scream right now. Kind of wondering if that's why they starting screaming so bad. Overloaded?

Did a good bit of digging and found out that the fleetpride turbos are only meant for 350-400 hp. Next stop is the dealership Thursday to pick up the stock reman turbo.
jamespmack Thanks this. -
Stock reman turbo installed as well as fresh oil change, fresh air filters, and a brand new oil inlet hose. Going to see what happens.
jamespmack, Oxbow and DUNE-T Thank this. -
Day two, over 1000 miles on the cummins rebuilt turbo. Looks like the bad luck k with turbos is done. She's running well.
mile marker 27, Badmon, JoeyJunk and 1 other person Thank this. -
5k miles and still going strong. Thank you for recommending cummins rebuilt instead of another aftermarket!
