Good morning, people.
I have a leak comming out the pressure relief spring bolt. I saw that it only requires two O-Rings, but am here to ask the questions: Is it safe to just replace them, and if so how long did they last to anyone's whose done it before.

Yes it is safe to replace them. The spring is going to want to push out as you loosen the bolt, keep pressure on the end of the plug until you get the bolt completely out. It's not a huge amount of force and can be reinstalled without special tools or spring compressor
The PAI equivalent for that o-ring is EGA-3877 or you can order a bag of 50 for $10 from McMaster-Carr:
