Don't forget the app, if you haven't already checked it out. You input the card number once, and then you have to put in the pin every time you log in. Hit the magnifying glass, and it shows you all the current prices taking WEX around you. Once you click on the price, it pops up their address and phone number. If you hold your finger on the address, it will even prompt you to put it into Google maps so you can route there, or satellite view it to see if you can fit. Makes it super convenient to find parking as well as fuel, because Megas don't usually stop at the places that take it.
Also if you haven't yet, go to the desktop app and set up your card prompts and permissions. You can get diesel, gas, tires, showers, etc. But you have to set the permission for it. Once it's all set up, you can even link the card to a Pilot or Love's app to automatically book and pay for a shower, or even use it to pay for the CAT scale.
NASTC, FTS, WEX fuel card? Which one should I use?

Which app is it exactly that you input the card number? I’d like to be able to direct all of my drivers to be able to utilize the app. With this program you don’t get any discounts at pilot or loves though right? But you can link it up for showers and such?God prefers Diesels Thanks this. -
I must have something saved for password in the app as it keeps me logged in
I just click on the icon and it opens with no passwordGod prefers Diesels Thanks this. -
For showers and stuff, you go through that particular app and follow the prompts to link the card. When I first tried, it wouldn't let me, because I didn't allow permission for anything other than diesel and gas (generator).
The one time I fueled at Love's, I got zero discount. I've fueled at Pilot twice, and got a 3.22% and 3.57% discount. Here's and example of what my fueling looks like:
Vitkouski, Speed_Drums and Midwest Trucker Thank this. -

I have also noticed that not each stop has the same savings
For instance
I was heading to Florida and the TA I saved the most $ at two weeks ago wasn’t the same the next week
Not price but savings
So say Atlanta TA was $0.15 higher than the TA down the road
Now the next week the Atlanta one might have been $0.10 cheaper than the one down the road -
just make sure your guys don’t use the card out of network. It gets them cranky. Just use another card if your fueling somewhere out of network. They will never know . There’s no minimum gallon you have to buy .......Speed_Drums and Midwest Trucker Thank this. -
In any event we’re told in 6 months that more credit can be applied for. -
Midwest Trucker Thanks this.
