Navajo Express has just abandoned this trainee in a tiny town 1500 miles from home!

How do you know those were "burned bridges" Longbow???? The way you write, you make it out to be the expert on Ms. PJ here. I'd like to know as well other members. Please enlighten us.....

 

Pj You don't have to answer this but what are you doing? Trying to learn to drive a truck if you are a Member of the Bar? This pay sucks compared to that!.

 

Theirs no perfect company in this industry especially starting out.But what trainer did was an unforgivable act no matter whos at fault here.No reason why trainer couldn't have dropped her off at the nearest town since she was going that way anyway.Thats not in the policy handbook is it to abandon trainees?Im not saying pj was in the right I wasn't there.Trainers have problems with students all the time but there professionalism comes first and takes student to terminal or calls company and lets them decide.Trainer took matters in her own hands.

 

Sorry if I disrespected anyone on this thread. Call it what you will but I'm a happy employee for navajo. Different strokes different folks.. Happy holidays
