Theirs no perfect company in this industry especially starting out.But what trainer did was an unforgivable act no matter whos at fault here.No reason why trainer couldn't have dropped her off at the nearest town since she was going that way anyway.Thats not in the policy handbook is it to abandon trainees?Im not saying pj was in the right I wasn't there.Trainers have problems with students all the time but there professionalism comes first and takes student to terminal or calls company and lets them decide.Trainer took matters in her own hands.
