Her/His? Which is it? Was she peeing in an oddly shaped funnel? or did it hang like a man? Thus making it a man? :biggrin_25512: Which it? Wither it was a male or female!

JustPj, Lonesome and pattyj Thank this.

Agreed, can you imagine the Rammifications of dumping a trainee ontop of a mountain pass in single digit temps and that trainee being struck by a vehicle or something else? If i supervised that trainer they would not be training anyone.

If I supervised the trainer and they did that, they would be unemployed. It opened it up for a lawsuit and irresponsible actions.

Well, JustPj's statements are anything but hearsay.

Lots of salacious stuff here. Some not. Navajo extended two trainers. Did JustPj's last trainer owe her a duty? Sure. Was it abrogated? Not sure. Law enforcement did get involved, at least to transport JustPj, apparently at JustPj's request. Did they interview trainer? Dunno. JustPj's caused a small sensation here.

Curiouser and curiouser. Frankly, nice to see the TTR community galvanized and extending itself. Few other drivers could have, including getting the last pay put back on card. Maybe the Universe has an ulterior purpose in all this.

Tends to push you into a corner with only one way out to show you what it insists on. And maybe it has played havoc with everything JustPj thought valuable, important in order to play a role here, for rookies and newbies and large corporations that don't care.

    Stay tuned.

If I supervised that trainer, I'd drive her out someplace and make her walk all the way back. No money. No phone. Just running shoes.

    Or heels...

I can't think of a circumstance that would make it acceptable. When a company sends a trainee out, or any employee for that matter, there are certain responsibilities that go along with it. Navajo failed big time here it looks like.

Thank you, Roadmedic. I'm afraid they're forcing my hand. Personal feelings should never be used to make managerial decisions. It was the VP to hands down refused to do the right thing, and she stated often that she believed my decision to call the cops was outrageous behavior. She dislikes me intensely. Fine. Get me a ride home and wash your hands of me. Unfortunately, this person in the position to make such decisions herself acted unprofessionally. My continuing question is this: how could Navajo, in the fact that I'm in Washington and not Denver, think that the issue is resolved?? As if I'll just go away. As if those bad decisions on their part yesterday are not something they'll have to deal with tomorrow? It blows my mind.
