Im glad shes fine and hope she has a way home tomorrow.Still cant believe how can things like this happen.Just goes to show what companies think of drivers and trainees.I have yet to work for a company that truly cares about their drivers.

Well put, luvto. That really is the bottom line. As one poster put it, short of threats to harm either the trainer or the company's and customer's property, there is no justification for the decision to not help me get home. Speaking with the VP the next day and hearing that she's made up her mind to leave me without providing shelter or transportation, was simply unreal. And she had time to think about it! I haven't yet, I don't think, really wrapped my arms around this. I'm still wondering if Mr. Digby knows how his VP dealt with this situation?

Wipe the courtroom floor with them and use this case to set a precedence, unless there's already one then use it to wipe the courtroom floor and remind people. That would be a lifetime worth of thanks.

That's what were here for PJ; to provide support. Yes it sucks but at least you're not lonely and got support from us on the forum. Hopefully you make home and go with Arnold or another company that'll treat you right. We all want you to make the right decision in your next adventure.

Let's not get carried away with the life threatening stuff. Reading it over we see that PJ was the one who decided to stop the truck at that location. We also see that the trainer didn't leave the scene until after Law Enforcement came. Her life wasn't in danger.

That doesn't excuse the decision to no help her get home and the silly game with her pay.

I would really like to get the other side of this story though. Doesn't seem that Just was able to get along with anybody there.

randal02lee and "Hang - Man" Thank this.
