What about contacting top execs at Navajo's biggest accounts and informing them of the situation?

Pj, I sent you a PM. Need a response, getting ready to leave here.

TruckDuo, from past experience media will not necessarily just jump on this until they vett Pj's story, have the info they need to vett her story and may likely wait until an other source moves first. So they can say, for example, the Denver Post reports...

Simply slogging through this thread won't do it. More than that, don't expect miracles. It's more likely to expose Navajo Express as a bad actor in this specific, particular situation. Shame, shame Navajo. Don't expect to bring Navajo to its knees over a dust up on this thread here. Won't happen.

    This is where determination matters.

Some of TTR's best have stepped up.

That's a lot in and of itself.

Yawn..........Is that the best you have? Oh wait I see your part of that instant gratification group, the kind of driver that when he sees you on the side of the road doesn't move over just in case your working on your truck or doesn't stop to see if you need any help. Yep another fair weather driver

Hello, Ladr! Darling Ladr, I'm sorry you had to go thru what you did with Arrow, I heard about that! Thank you for your generous offer, but I'm sticking to my guns on taking no contributions from hard-working, decent, honest people like you. Nobody should have to pay for Navajo's behavior except Navajo.

Please stay posted regarding my ride with Jan. Haven't given up on her just yet! ;)

Fellow members, I have a feeling Navajo will do one of three things to PJ when they see this across the news:

    A) Offer an apology publicly so it looks good on them
    B) Offer to reimburse her bus ticket or the cost of getting home
    C) Nothing

As sad as it is. This is the cruel world of truck driving. Everyone who has posted here has said this at least twice. Its sad the way this world has come too. In my opinion, every truck co. needs to have someone on call that can make major decisions to situations like PJ was in. Yes we can flood the calls to Maureen Mr. Digby's secretary but like every mega, he'll probably refer us to some state agency to handle the complaints. I personally would write OSHA a letter stating unfair treatment.

In conclusion, I think PJ's time with Navajo is done. They will write her off like someone writes off an expense on a tax return. Hopefully, they think twice about abandoning a trainee and revise their employee handbook on what to do should a situation like this happens again.

Not if she prevails with the OSHA whistleblower complaint that I suggested she file.

No. A drivers strike will only lead is to looking like what we are already perceived as: a bunch of ignorant bullies. Lets come up with real solutions to battle things like this instead of "strikes" that will never amount to anything.
