    1. Companies usually mail your final payhcheck, for a reason.

    2. There are people from OOIDA on this forum, what have they suggested ?

    3. There are writers from the trucking industry publications on this forum, what have they offered ?

    4. What do you expect from the ATA, is anybody here a member of that fine organization ?

Do you really think your facebook postings are doing any good......

Perhaps we need to change direction ?

You were one of the first newbie/wannabee drivers who hopped on the 'hoax' bandwagon! In fact you were the first member who used the term 'hoax'---go back and read your posts! So now you've hopped off of that band wagon?
Vic was one of the first members to come to the defense of the OP.

Very interesting. Edgar from the FMCSA just called about the complaint I filed on Pj's behalf. Can't do anything about the abandonment but wants to talk to Pj ASAP about the falsification of her logs by her trainer. At this point the complaint is under my name.

See msg #433, FMCSA Complaint ID #100074832

Who would have thought FMCSA would call back Monday morning? Of course, Navajo Express does have a 91.5% CSA score for Unsafe Driving...

So now Edgar has Pj's number and I have a call-back number she can use. It's about 9 am in Washington State right now. Have to say I'm impressed. Edgar sounded downright urgent.

    Hellooooo, Navajoooo.

/Meltom, if you look at the complaint I submitted (msg #433), I made it clear that I was a third party, not the complainant. Edgar called me. He wants to talk to Pj. Now, Edgar can call her direct or she can call the FMCSA herself to push this complaint further.

I find it difficult to believe that the FMCSA would even be interested in hearing a complaint from a third part, based upon what they read in a trucking forum. Could it be they just wanted to get you off the phone and suggest that you have the actual complainant make the complaint?

The other thing I don't understand is why you are so hell bent to expose this one incident. You've been taking leaps and putting yourself out there stating that the OP had all of these things happen to her. From what I can tell she hasn't followed through on any of them herself. If this turns out to a false claim, or even an overstated claim, you've just cried wolf to nearly everyone in the Denver media market. How likely are they to believe any future claims?

I, for one, feel that you are overstepping your bounds. The OP claims to be a member of the bar, she should be well aware of the avenues at her disposal to rectify this situation. Fighting her fight for her casts a shadow of doubt upon this entire story.
