I agree, he might go a little overboard at times, but if drivers want things changed in this industry you need people like Victor V...he does get your attention...and keeps it.

 

We all agree that things need to change in this industry but Victor V is one of the few willing to do something about it.

What is the reason for having one's final paycheck mailed to them instead of direct deposit or putting it on the card as it was done in the past?

When I quit the company im at now,only for 2 days they mail my final check to me.Spose they wanna close the direct deposit asap who knows.

 

I think it gives them the opportunity to withhold for any damages.

 

That makes even more since.Never thought about that.

Final check must be given immediately. "Immediately" means within 6 hors of the start of the next working day if the payroll unit is closed when termination occurs, or within 24 hours if the payroll unit is offsite.
Final check must be given on the next scheduled payday.
