Navajo Express pay

You guys split $0.38 as ateam? If so, that's terrible. You could do better almost anywhere else.

Southern Refrigerated Transport - this is a reefer company, but you get paid more if you have hazmat/tanker endorsements. Split .56 cpm.
Hazmat and Tanker Teams with at least 5 years of experience can now make $0.28 CPM for the TOTAL miles of both team members! If the team runs 8,000 miles combined, both get paid $0.28 cpm for 8,000 miles. Additionally, each team member earns the pay rate of the person with the highest years of experience.

 

I think Covenant pays more for hazmat endorsement also.
