I have haul many years for ch Robinson but since their new program called navisphere or manage carrier program is only a segregation against the small companies while it gives bigger companies way head notice of the good loads to grab leaving the worst loads available . Loads are now not available for everyone and the assign Ed rep to manage the carrier are to busy to get best loads for companies. I'm finding my self working with other companies at this point. Eventually I may just cut ties with them. Key carries are getting best loads and better lanes while small companies are getting the short end of the stick. Loyalty and commitment had gone out the door
