I agree, I have been in your shoes, #### work #### pay, but you are gaining good experience (better than I had/have) and the real good companies like to see that you are going to stick around. Stick it out cause it will pay off in the end.

What you are bringing home in 2 weeks you should be able to do in a week...keep your eyes open apply for jobs even though they say 2 years you may be able to sell yourself and get in...
But....you made it this long I would say wait until this time next year before you make a move, you come up on two years in Nov, wich is a horrible time to change jobs so wait until next spring and find a good local job -
Well, my CDL is 2 years in November, but my 2 years of actual driving time is January. I am local now, just looking for better local.
