Had to have the ecm replaced in my 2007 Pete with the Cat 550. The flash files are gone and Cat will not release the "codes" anymore. A guy used to bring his laptop to the garage, plug in, work some magic & call Cat in Illinois for a "code" or "password". I guess those days are over for the newer trucks. Can anyone point me in the right direction for an ecm flash or a tech that will "hook me up".....could care less if the gov't likes it or not. This thing is a dog now. Thanks.
