Buying the truck without checking it out in person would be a big mistake .

easiest way to move something a short distance like that is drive a smaller vehicle and trailer to the large vehicle, and load the small vehicle on the trailer or dolly and tow it back with the larger vehicle.

I did that when I bought a 3/4 to. 4wd suburban 600 miles away on eBay.

drive my Toyota 4Runner pulling a rented dolly, checked out the burb, decided it was close enough to what they had described, loaded the 4 runner on the dolly and towed it back with the suburban.
