Yea, but unless you get a fuel fired collent heater, you wont keep the engine warm and wont have power to run the block heater.

Bought a Espar heater off of ebay new for around $800 2yrs.ago and installed it in my Int. 9400i in about half a day.
Even in upstate NY in the dead of winter it gets so warm it will run you out of truck!!
Have bought an upgraded digital thermostat and some other parts from these folks in MI.

Diesel fired bunk heaters are the only way to go. They beat EVERYTHING else hands down when it comes to bottom line cost, ease of use and durability. Not to mention maintenance! By the way, for those of you that run one and are new to them, turn it on high once a month for an hour...that's it for maintenance. Burns the carbon off. Mine is two plus years old now and still works like the day it was new. I pee more during the night than my bunk heater can burn in 10 hours! Seriously...it's like .03/10ths of a gallon an hour. That's 3/10ths of ONE gallon in TEN hours!!
