I am looking 4 a secure lot 2 park tractor and trailer while I am at home, I know there is a lot n downtown Cincinnati that I always called the Smuckers Lot but 411 can find no listing. Anyone have any ideas or know of a secure lot around Cinti area to leave tractor and trailer for 3 or 4 days? How to get n touch with them? I can't go home 'til I find a place! Work 4 ConWay and they have a CFI lot n Cinti but don't want Conway drivers using it 4 home time.
Need a place 2 park 4 home time

Welcome to the forum Roysadrift! I can't tell you anything about where to park in Cincinnati but I did want to say Hello! and welcome. Don't be a stranger! BTW, how are you liking Conway? I've heard mostly good stuff about them. What do you say?

I'd ask your dm and see if they are any places you deliver that would allow you to drop your trailer. Also, check to see if any truck stops would you park there for x amount of time.

Welcome and good luck to you in truckin'.
Can't speak about parking situations in Cinci but I hit places that were kinda close to my house. Smaller shippers/receivers and companies that had a yard large enough for both. Parked one place that charged $50 a month (not too bad) then switched to the local sanitation company who also allowed me to park my personal vehicle there while I was gone. No charge and also had a secutity guard 24/7.
Hope that tosses you in the right direction.roysadrift Thanks this. -
I don't know about secure. That will make it harder. Especially if it is secure without a guard at night (fence only).
You need to be able to access the truck at any time, you may need to leave at night when nobody is there.
If it just needs to be a place where the truck will not be towed, then talk to local Concrete and asphalt plants. You may get lucky and find one that does not mind, and concrete plants open very early, so if it snows they will have been plowed.roysadrift Thanks this. -
You can aslo check with any truck dealers in the area. They might let you park there for a few days. When my wife and I were going out of the country for two weeks we had the Peterbilt dealer near us keep the truck for us.
