    Thanks for looking at my thread,

    I am about to fill out my quailfication paperwork to sign on with Landstar, but I looked the paperwork for Operation Requirements. I got a positive drug screen on DAC and I see where Landstar was that as a no go. I am talking to a O/O with Landstar, that's how I got interested, told that they will allow me in because he's got a homeboy with the same problem. I am not sure I should go with but at the same time I want to walk in Faith. I need some body to let me know if you have the same problem and if Landstar gave you shot. I made mistake and got caught, does this have to stop me from being O/O with good company like Landstar?

    Let me tell you something. I am 26 years old. I have a DWI on my record. Although it is older, some companies still get pissy about it. BUT I ALWAYS PUT IT ON THE APPLICATION.
    The same should go for you. Put it on there, and explain it. If they find out later, you're toast. If you are upfront now, and they still let you on, then you have nothing else to worry about as long as you work for them. If you don't, and they let you on, you could lose your job at any moment, and that's pretty nerve wracking don't you think?

    So just fill the paperwork out honestly, and give it a shot.
