Where in the North East? I live in NH and it's pretty expensive.
G.Anthony Thanks this. -
You need to prove who you are like social security card, license, passport would work also. You need a residence first then trade your license in for your new state. Depends on which state but you may have to take a written test. Pretty much just pack up your clothes and show up, start looking for a place to live. You should have a job already in place or most won't let you rent a place. You will have to put a security deposit down on an apartment. Usually equal to a months rent plus you need to pay the first months rent and sometimes the last months rent for when you move out. Can get expensive. Your probably going to run through $3,000 pretty quick.

Still researching which state... im leaning towards PA...

You can check out www.apartments.com to get an idea what a place will cost you.

Do they do credit checks? My credit is kind of funky. My last car was repossessed
-
Yup, they do.
If your looking to drive a truck I would recommend signing on with a PA company who will train you. From that point on you can live in the truck until you get back on your feet. -
Or, join the Army or whatever one you want.
-
4 to 500$ weekly income should be enough for one guy right?
I don't if my credit is bad...but yes i did get my car repossessed.. and i cant join army i got asthma.. I'm an asthmatic.. -
To bad about the asthma. I don't think $400 to $500 is enough for one person to live on in PA. Are you looking to drive a big truck?
