You're still on the truck after you were given solid input to "leave immediately" so if you get into a jam whose fault is it?

You're choosing to lie down with dogs.
Don't blame others if you end up getting fleas.

Yes, it falls back on you, the only person in the truck who can legally operate a CMV

I’m a little confused, is the truck owner not licensed, or is the truck not licensed(tags/plates)?

As soon as you get near home, pack your bags and leave.
Just leave; you don't owe an explanation to anyone.
Couple dozen companies just waiting for your application.

Saddest movie I have ever seen came out a little over forty years. It was called Angel City and it was about people needing work that were getting taken to the cleaners. It's available in it's entirety on Youtube.

I feel like I would be a worse person if I didn’t flatly tell you you were getting bent over.

That SOB is not a friend. Cut ties with the company and him. There are a hundred stories of guys on here myself included that came right out of school to jobs where they could or did gross over 80k a year easily.

Much easier with the endorsements of course.

You seem like a decent guy who just wants to drive. Don’t let those ####### ruin that or your career.

You mentioned the experience you have been gaining.

Do you really think this place will verify anything?

    I seriously doubt that.
