    The truck owner (or so he claims, even though he's under the fleet's authority with the MC and DOT #s), who is another employee/my "trainer," currently has an expired CDL as of March 11th, and his Med Certificate expired like...a year and a half ago. So, the truck and trailer are legally registered, but he currently is downgraded to a Class D, thus leaving me as the only one with the credentials to legally run the semi.
