Yes, dump truck is cdl as it weighs around 26,000 pounds WITHOUT any dirt. One i drove weighed that much anyways. I don't remember the ones I drove before that one what they weighed. The truck had a max of 56,000 pounds loaded. 15 tons dirt.

We don't have special super weights the easterners do.

Try some of the dump truck and concrete companies.
Robertsons Ready Mix is a large outfit, but there many small ones also.
