Need advice on good companies

Thanks for the advice on Ruan. I wasn't sure if they took newbies or not, since their job posting for Denver didn't list one way or the other. I guess shooting an application their direction doesn't hurt anything. The worst they can do is say no. I know that my Grandma's husband drove for Ruan many years ago out of Des Moines, and said they were a great company back then. Im trying my best to find a good company I can start with, and stay with. I hate changing employers, which is probably why I've had 2 full-time jobs in the past 10 years.
