Need advice on job search @ CALGARY area

Hello,

I am a guy from Europe working as a truck driver in Toronto for almost 2 yrs. I need to move to Calgary area, AB to legalize in Canada. So i am in search of a decent company in that area, that would provide me with a Labour Market Opinion and a long-haul job, couple of days off a week maybe Tried to do a research in the internet, but companies that i would consider "good" does not hire "imigrants", called them and got dissapointed. And i am not willing to join TransX, HR or Bison... Still have some time, so i want to get the best out of it.
