    I mean you said they don’t have anything to do with it but they will question it but would they really mind that I’m a passenger? I can get around that if they don’t

    I’m just trying to get all my ducks lined up so I filed for my LLC I’m awaiting approval then I will get the MC#,DOT#,then file a BOC3 and then a MCS150 and put my wife under PSP with the FMCSA file a 1099 for us both every 3 months. Am I missing anything? drug tests does my wife I do the drug test and DOT physical also and lastly in addition a contract outlining the terms of our business relationship.

    Well I am new to this that’s why I need some guidance so I don’t mess up I really want to do this my purpose is to make us money traveling the world we hate staying home

    I have experience in driving if work and customer service just not trucking and I know trucking has a lot of restrictions and requirements so I’m just asking for help from a non experienced trucker to a experienced trucker as yourself. What else do you think I am missing? Workman’s comp was the last thing I missed for my wife as a employee but is their anything else you think I need?

    If the LLC is under my name won’t that consider me an employee all this stuff is confusing but I’m slowly gathering info but won’t that make a an employee

    Understand your time spent in non-CDL and CDL-B will not count as even 1 day of "CDL-A Experience" for trucking companies. So it may help you running a CDL-A company, AND it will be exactly like you have got your CDL-A yesterday when/if you begin CDL-A applications and work. "It doesn't have to make sense, it's trucking".
