How many lbs. does it weigh?
What is height, length and width?
It looks like it has holes on the bottom that would allow for it to be bolted onto blocks of wood/reinforced pallet and shipped in a closed van trailer.
Need advice on shipping American history

48" x 48" x 72" at 5000 lbs. Seems like it would be better on a open trailer to get it off here. Will only have access to standard forklift here. Yall would know better tho. Thanks much for the help.

Tried UShip first thing, three times what the lathe cost. Just can't do that. With the rigger costs its four times. Got to be more cost effective way. Thanks

48 inches YEAP 48 inches YEAP!! 72 inches YEAP!!!
10,000 pounds. WAAAAAAAA. I cannot trailer that without a dual axle 12 foot and the GCVW 12 ton -
I have a lathe bigger than that one and hauled it on a 16 ft flatbed trailer. 5000 pounds tops probably less.
