    Hi

I've been graduated from truck driving school about one month ago and also I've been in USA just 11 months, so I don't have any history job in USA.

But I do have history job with US Government/ US Army in middle east more then 5 years.

My problem is each company I try to apply for they ask me about history job in USA?? If I told them about history job with US Government/ US Army in middle east?? they don't care what I got outside USA.

    Any suggestions?

    Thanks,

You say, "If I told them about history job with US Government/ US Army in middle east??" Does this mean should you tell them, or that you did tell them?

Who have you applied to? What type of work did you do in the Middle East? You will probably just have to keep trying until you find someone to give you a chance.

Unfortunately in this industry it works a little backwards. You need to research, be sure you can get a job, pick your company and then go to school.

Big companies probably won't be the way to go. Online job applications won't be the way to go. Apply in-person or by phone. Here is a list of many companies:

Google the name and get the phone number, then call them and sell yourself. It is a tough economy and there are plenty of drivers looking for jobs. You will have to stay after it to find something.
