    If you are leased to them and work on a % basis they are obligated to show you a copy of the probill. This is part of the "truth in leasing" regs.

    skierzek you can, I have been looking for the reg. it's CFR 49 something. Gosh I wrote it down somewhere and can't find it. If you belong to OOIDA, just call them, they'll give the exact reg. Yes found it. 49CFR 376.126. By law they have to show you the paid freight bills. If they refuse, then you should write them a letter reguesting which load numbers you want the bills too stating in accordance with 49CFR 376.126. Give them 14 days to respond .Make sure you certify the letter with return reciept. If they refuse after that, I just hope your a member with OOIDA, cause they'll take it from there.

    Check your lease agreement, you might have agreed not to be privvy to that info and didn't realize it.
