    Hello all,

I need some advice. I was involved in a minor scrape (details unimportant) back in Feb. 2011 in Pennsylvania, while driving for May. In my current job search it came up on my DAC as a non-reportable DOT accident. I need to provide a potential employer with a copy of the report to show I wasn't at fault.
Therein lies my problem. I have since lost the copy I had and can't for the life of me recall the city/town it occurred in.
Might someone know how I go about getting a copy with such a vague recollection of the events?

For those dying to know....I was making a left turn on a crowded street...waited for light to turn yellow so as not to cause an accident....meanwhile a woman decides to race the light and gets her mirror clipped off trying to squeeze between my rig and the median. A cop showed up, found no one at fault, and we exchanged insurance info. End of story.

    call may and ask

go back to your copies of your logs

start taking ginko to improve your memory

wrack the brains of family or friends who you might have told the story to, they might remember
