Good luck.
You can get to the junction of 84 and 80 below 6000'. 80 is 7000-8000'. 70 goes up to 11000 or 12000'.
If you go up to 90 over to 25 you might be able to do it. Way out of your way though.
I've heard they ship chips in reefers for high elevation. Something to do with less pressure change. Never done it so not sure. Saw it on tv. -
Maybe go up to Spokane then I90 east to I25 south to Denver. I 80 and I70 both are over 6000 ft. Way over.

I guess you know that I80 and I70 are out.
Coming up from NM on I25 is out...
Can this really be done? -
Cheyenne is just 6064, how much leeway do you have?

no short way, you have to drop down to 10 then across until 287/87

I'm confident...without checking.... I90 to Rapid City SD, Take 79 South, Turns into 385. Keep taking that south through Nebraska. You'll see the rest.... Goes through I80 at Sydney on down to I76 in Colorado.
To be honest.... I don't have the slightest idea what I90 does over the continental divide?Lepton1 Thanks this. -
