Need Attorney for Moving Violation in Virginia...Any Help Greatly Appreciated

    And keep your foot off the pedal. I don't know about Virginia but some states are sticklers for tickets and lawyers can't help you. They won't even waste their time and your money.

    Wyoming and New Mexico are 2 of those states.

    Virginia was the first state to ban radar detectors. Should tell you something about Speeding there.

    80 or better in Va is considered "reckless driving". You are lucky that you only got charged for "speeding". Best thing for you to do is pay, forget and slow down.

    I get the distinct feeling we're all in the wrong industry i'm going to study to become a professional traffic attorney maybe its all just a big con job between the local cops and the local attorneys cause one things for sure they must be making an absolute fortune representing drivers in court.
