Need Christmas Ideas for 2 great O/O's!

    I am looking for ideas on what to do for my 2 o/o for Christmas!

    We have not been at this long (I run my husband + 2 more o/o)- but I am so grateful for their hard work, honesty, and dedication that I really want to do something special for them at Christmas. Hopefully something to share with their families!

    If you have ever received an awesome Christmas gift from your carrier please share with me about it! Or something you would REALLY appreciate that might help with life on the road, staying connected with those u love, etc....

    I took my best guy on a cruise. okay so it was just so I could write off the vacation but still.

    oh it wasn't trucking either, it was my head guy on the asphalt crew

    Why not ask them if there is something they really need or want? Or simply give them a $ bonus to do with as they wish.

    Don't really have any ideas, I just thought it was cool of you to think of the guys and want to recognize them for doing a good job.

    If you give the folks I'm leased on to 110%, they'd gripe about not getting 115, so it's nice to see someone who'll show gratitude.:thumbup::thumbup:

    I gotta go with the Christmas Bonus cash thing. Like stated above, then they can do what they want.

    Do either of them need new tires or something like that? Im asking for an APU from Santa Clause, but I wont start holding my breath just yet...

    Couple of other ideas:

    Free oil changes wouldn't be an all bad gift either.

    Pay their insurance for them for January, to let them recover from Christmas spending.

    How about a free PM for their truck. Or something to help with the maintenance of their truck? I know that is one of the biggest headaches for an o/o.
