Need feedback on Triple R Diesel in TX

    Has anyone personally dealt with Triple R Diesel?
    I'm interested in a truck they have and would like to get some feedback on them.
    Please keep it to personal experience or first hand knowledge of someone close. Lots of speculation on the Internet, but would prefer fact based info.
    If I decide to move on this, I'll be sending someone in advance to survey the truck prior to ever flying down.

    Is this a repair shop selling the truck ? On consignment ? Or, repairs made and the owner bailed and the shop is selling it to recover $$$$'s invested in repairs ? If it's a lien sale, just know that getting it registered could be a hugh headache. I prefer to buy from the owner directly, so I can ask ???'s. Good luck..

    Hey Long hood PM Brickman or Bronc rider...I think they know something about them...I could be wrong but I coulda sworn that bronc was looking at some trucks in truck paper the other day and made a comment about triple r

    Run dont walk away, all there trucks for the most part are all old fleet trucks they throw chrome on, give it a fancy paint job and then try to sell it for big cash. I know some guys that went there and niether are impressed. The trucks for the most part look good but mechanicaly wise not so good. They would do better if they put the money in the drive train instead of all the fancy chrome and paint. A turd is a turd no matter what you do to it.

    A guy up here has a T600 8 bagger as a 'vocational' dump truck that was put together by Tripple R Diesel. It seemed to me like it was a DuPont overhaul setup. He said that he had bought the truck, and then by the time he got down to Texas to pick it up they had it to the point of no return.
