Need good fax # GA DDS to send in new medical cert

In MN I have to self certify in person, also in person to change an address.
So I plan a home time when I need a physical done so I can do all that nonsense in person.
02/01 is my next home time in MN to do all that.

 

i take mine straight to the dmv every time i've had to do it. They scan it and i'm done.

I don't wanna chance being another horror story posted on this forum of finding out my license is suspended. Did that for 30 days last year without even knowing. All because of my hazmat fingerprints.

 

Agree with above posts. I take mine to the local DMV...they fax it for me.
That was after mailing a copy 3 times and they said they never got it!
NC DMV mailed me a letter with the updated expiration date.
