Could you explain what a Preserve is so I know if I'm one or not?

If you need to ask, then you aren't.:biggrin_25525:

As to the OP and all the posts, all I can say is that I've made my share of dumb statements, asked my share of dumb questions and done more than my share of dumb things. But then I don't get too upset when someone decides to rib me about them.

In this case, I have no idea if the OP is serious or not. But he got some good info, along with a lot of ribbing here. Sounds like a typical truck driving situation to me. . .

No offence to you... Not trying to start a argument but you should watch what you say and post... You asked how to adjust headlights (and wouldn't do it yourself) but yet before that post you ridicule someone who is just learning how to be a mechanic not even a driver.. He doesn't even drive a truck so why should he know how to hook up a trailer and gladhands? After all you go to school for a reason don't you.. To learn !!!!

So maybe you should say things like this and then turn around and make a post about something similar.. You drive a truck and you have the attitude that you don't get paid to fix stuff and it's not your job... You don't even know how to adjust your headlights... One of the first things you should do when you get into a new truck is READ THE MANUAL !!!!!

Sorry again not trying to pick a fight.. Just pointing out how this to me seems like your a hypocrite

Go back and read my original post. I DID NOT ask HOW to fix it, I asked if I should take it to the dealership to have it adjusted since the shop didn't have the "tool" to fix it and it was affecting the other drivers out on the road. I do have an attitude and it gets worse when people miss quote me! I am more than capable of taking care of my Cassie if I have to, but I also make it a priority to have her serviced EVERYTIME I am at the terminal so I do not have to do any repairs out on the road. It's called taking care of you truck properly. Next time you want to put me down make sure you're clear on what I said first!
