Need help bad! Failed my company road test, trouble getting hired

I wonder if an O/O wouldn't give you a chance, might need to do some door knocking--sometimes something that
looks bad on paper isn't so bad when you meet the individual in person! Keep trying don't give up that easy!

OK, so it looks to me like you have your schooling under your belt and a fresh CDL so now all you need is a job.

 

so you DO have your CDL-A?

Hit the newspapers. Look at craigslist, Pick up the phone book and look for trucking, transportation and other yellow book headings.

Then put on the tennie runners and hit the street.

You could also put up a flyer in the local truck haunts (parts and service centers. any place that local truckers would use) and say you are a driver available for hire.

 

you need the CDL, not the certificate.

 

Were you an employee of PAM transport for your 4 weeks of training?

 

What about this--ask the school if you can go on the road with another trainer for a week or so--ask them if you can retest after
that additional training?
