Whats up guys hope ur week is going better than mine. Is just one of those man. I pulled a back muscle on sunday at home lifting weights so I came in already in pain feels like a knot on my upper leftside kinda hurts to breathe at times. Ibuprofen and no more weights for now which sucks because thars part of my daily routine here on the truck. On monday heading to Seattle some where before Rice Hill I started feeling really sick dizzy with stomach cramps and fever. I got food poisoning Im not sure where I got it it must have been somewhere between Corning and Weed. Still got stomach cramps but the fever is gone. Then my lights...pulled over in Chehalis did a walk around and have no pup lights. Got doubles. Sit there messing with them for a hour got my clearance blinkers and stops to work but no running lights. Made it to drop. Will check for problems in daylight. My stomach hurts.

Since the injury is still new, try some heat. If you have someway to heat a washcloth (microwave?) If you can get into a shower, make it hot. You get some relief with Icy Hot, Aspercream, and other such over the counter topical pain relievers. Motrin is good, it helps relieve swelling.

For your tummy, baking soda in water. Or some plain white rice.

    Hope you feel better!

Back in August I did something, no idea what..just know one day I got out of bed and could barely walk...
May have pulled a Muscle or something.

Stretching and mobility work can help with a strain or pull. Take it easy and cut back on the weights a while. A couple weeks ago I missed a step coming out of my cab carelessly. My right foot stayed in and the rest of me fell out. I caught the door on the way down so didn't hit the pavement, but ended up with a nasty hamstring pull in my right leg. Stretching really helped that get better, although it doesn't feel real good when you're doing it LOL.

Food poisoning has to pretty much run it's course. Just in case you might want to pick up some immodium for when it comes thru to avoid unscheduled stops.

With lighting failures on multiple circuits, look for a common problem. I'd go for the power cord and bulkhead connector (wiggle test), then grounds. I just replaced my own power cord after noticing the clearance lights going out on tight right turns. Tugging on the trailer end of the power cord duplicated it. I'd already replaced the bulkhead connector on the trailer to fix some other gremlins, so bought a new cord. Problem solved.

I have had better luck with Aleve then Ibuprofen. Careful with taking too much. It'll tear up your liver. I can't donate blood anymore because doc put me on 2000 mg a day when I had knee surgery. Tested false positive for hepatitis.

Johnson and Johnson used to make a "Heavy back Plaster" that you would stick on your back for days and it worked great.Looks like it is no longer made, so I am heded to CVS to see if I can find something. This is what I saw on amazon http://www.amazon.com/Johnson-Plaster-5-6-Inch-1-Sheet-Packages/sim/B001E96M76/2 . If you can get a patch works better cause it works arond the clock. If not icy hot or Ben Gay. If you do find the J&J get the red one not the tan one.

Same advice the bike and computer guys give....check the last thing that was fixed and keep stepping back untilyou find the problems.
    heat for the back
always carry immodium for emergiencies. Baking soda in warm water helps stomach.
You can try sipping on ginger ale. Just dont get dehydrated. While it seems like a good idea to be a little thirsty to cut down on pee stops, if your pee is yellow, you're already dehydrated. That will affect your decision making ability. The human body is mostly liquid, you must stay hydrated to function well.
    Ok, end if sermon.. :)
Good luck and take it easy on the weights.
