I have been driving OTR with PAM transport now for 4.5 months... (PAM was the Biggest mistake ever..i know now).. I had two minor preventable incidents that were not recorded on my CSA Although, I was put on probation for the first one than later fired for the second.. I am having the toughest time finding employment because i was terminated.. I love to drive, and have no major accidents nor tickets..The larger companies are turning me down.. But i just don't know many smaller companies in Florida or how to find them.. is there a employment matching forum that could help me in my situation.. or are there any companies out there that would help a driver out in my situation??
Need Help Desperatly!!!

Minor is as serious as major if you was terminated for it.What were the 2 minor preventables so we can better understand you situation and help finding companies for you?

My first Minor preventable happened when I first started driving ( 3 weeks into my new career).. I was backing into a loading dock and my trailer clipped another tractor and literally scratched his front bumber... my second happened when i was trying to go around a New York round-about,, I tried to swing as wide as I could but i ran out of room and my trailer hit and broke one small 4ft wooden decorative pillar.. no damage to the truck or trailer in both incidents..both were reported to police with no tickets..I live in Ocala Florida..

Fla is one of the more difficult places to get a job, easy to get freight in,hard to get freight out.

Those roundabouts are relatively smooth going around. They have it designed for trks as to why the soft curb when maneuvering around. When you go around keep trk and trl far right,Anyway does'nt sound too bad butthen again im just a driver. You having 2 in such a short time is whats hurting you.I would try for another company and offer to get retrained. That at this point may be your only hope.
