New member here... not a real life truck driver but a virtual one lol. I've always been fascinated by big rigs just never did pursue it. Maybe some of you have heard of American Truck Simulator but I'm trying to find torque curves for 12.7 Detroit 60 series, C15 6nz and 3406e, N14 525hp version, ISX 500 or 600hp. Really anything for these older engines. I can always scale it for different power ratings. This stuff is nearly impossible to find. What I'm trying to do is create some realistic torque curves in this game because the developers just pull them out of their ### and they're not realistic. Another bit of info that's impossible to find is the torque made from idle up to peak.
If anyone can help me with this, it is greatly appreciated.

Yeah... seen that one. Wasn't asked if I googled "475 CAT torque." Do you honestly think I haven't attempted to string together every combination of words to find this before even joining here and posting this? I knew it was a mistake asking anything like that here since just browsing different peoples posts on here usually has lots of attitude in the responses instead of actually answering the persons question...

Torque typically starts high at low rpm and drops past say 1700rpm. HP goes the other way, starts low and gains towards the top of rpm range. Somewhere in the middle is the sweet spot

heres some cat curves. Most will fillow about the same for their rated torque and HP
RockinChair Thanks this.
