Its locks on both differentials and inter axle lock so all 4 drives will distrubute power without letting any one spin freely.

New Town has a light now lol? I spent some there in the late 70's when oil was a thing but not like in later years. I believe the boom sure changed things.

If you think that dying or killing others for some sand..is an acceptable plan then nothing anyone can say anything that can change your mind. Stop falling for the line that this is life or death

Especially in North Dakota on their light colored pavement, get your ### out of the wheel tracks! It's not uncommon up there for the wheel tracks to be almost undriveable while a slight shift in position will get you plenty of traction.

Got it. Thought you were in the other oil patch.

Next winter, go ice fishing or go ice racing.

If you read my first post you can see that I’ve taken whole weeks off when there’s been ice or scattered ice.I’m just wondering what advice the experts have because my friends kept running when it was bad out.

We had ops people losing their minds with RAGE over the fact that the one and two million milers weren't obeying their demands to come out and haul freight during and ice storm.... I asked them.. How in the hell do you think these people got one and two million safe miles?!?! It sure wasn't going out hauling freight in ice storms.

Edited to add... Its not even a question of how good or how good a driver thinks they are.. you can be minding your own business out there and get ran into by some moron.. and end up in and losing a multi-million dollar wrongful death lawsuit.
