need help on I465 motorola phone please...

Yesterday phone was working fine..We went through mountains of virginia and i lost service for awhile..Got back in service area and time and date was messed up on phone.Phone was going on and off by itself and wouldnt let me call or text..A couple of times when it came back on it said transmitters off and do you want phone transmissions?I answered yes and phone didnt changed any.Took out battery and sim card to try to reset it,nothing worked.Left it off all night and still no change.This morning i called boost mobile and they tried to trouble shoot it,now i have no time and date,little world doesnt show on screen but i have service...Has anyone had this kind of problem before?

the other thing is my b/f has a flip motorola phone and same coverage as me and his date and time is messed up but hes had service ...

Any ideas or input would be greatly helpful right now since i want to sit and cry...


also if i just get another phone can i just use the same sim card and new phone will work fine?

 

yes.Right now i can call and walkie talkie but just found out i cant text,it says out of service when i try.

 

well made the mistake of calling them back and now back to square one with phone again,not sure what the heck is going on..

I give up.going to go sit and cry now.I really liked that phone.

 

thank you for your help.I am on the forum now checking it out.I dont know if i can take it to a dealer as its a boost mobile prepaid phone,it might end up being cheaper just to get new phone.I will check out the options and see whats the best way.Thank you again for all your help.Will let you know how it goes...
