you could get a ticket for speeding in the mail. speed limits going INTO and OUT of the scales are there for a reason.

let us know in about (oh say) 3 months from now, how much that ticket is gonna cost you

people (like you) that disobey speed limits tells me you are also not obeying them in construction zones as well.

    tsk tsk tsk tsk.

That's Mr Bear's house dontcha know...

I had a wee trouble hitting one of the LA scales near vicksburg once at 70, I managed (Speed limit 15 and a platform to boot...) the yelling and bawling out lasted a good two hours. Destroyed the delivery appointment time to boot costing me 10 days in a truckstop.

Wake up man, whatever the scale house speed sign says it is what you do.

And you are here asking for help? I don't understand the problem. Either he wrote you properly expensive tickets or yelled at you or something else...

Get out of the state as fast as possible! Only drive under cover of darkness and during daylight hours park under whatever canopy you can find and hope the black helicopters can't see you! For the next few months at least.

@Moosetek13 responded because you started a thread telling the world that you were speeding in a weigh station.

    STOP. SPEEDING.

    ESPECIALLY in weigh stations.

When the posted speed limit drops, obey that speed limit. Yes, you can be given a ticket for going over 15 mph the posted speed limit. That by definition is reckless driving.

Do you value your CDL? Protect it at all costs. Protecting it means never EVER getting a reckless driving citation.

And CONSTRUCTION ZONES!!! I've worked out on the highway and it is pretty intense when you're working on the side of the road and 80,000#s whips by you at 70mph!!!!

It’s not really speeding to blast into a weigh station doing 60mph. Those speed limit signs are just a recommendation. They are lucky you even slowed to 45mph.
