    So what's stopping you from looking right now for another job?Look now then once hired give your employer a 2 weeks notice and get the heck out of there.

    How has my tone changed?

    Yes I miss my family. I havent seen then in 3 months. Any man who loves his family will be sad and miss them. And yes this guy sucks to work for. All of the above. I thought I made all of that perfectly clear?

    My problem is that I am terrified of getting dinged and black listed on my DAC when I quit. Whats left to understand?

    I havent seen Florida in so long I've feel like I've forgotten what its like. The way things are going,.. I dont think I will be seeing home anytime soon unless I quit.

    Like I siad,find a job then quit.Don't quit then look.I think if u give your employer a 2 weeks notice he may not put anything on your dac.

    I filled out some applications online today. I havent previously because of my lack of recent experience.

    I just dont want my record to be dinged. I have worked hard and done everything I was told in order to keep my job and record clean.

    DAC is so afraid of major lawsuits now they'll balk just about anytime you challenge something that's put on it.

    I would have done the same thing. Except I would have broke down about a 1/4 mile from the scale.

    Try Commercial Carrier Corp. and their sister company CTL. I know that CTL runs constantly from the Port of Tampa inland to the phosphate mines and back continuously 24/7. CTL hires students also.
