    WOW !!! I called about the 10 shops my highest quote was $5,700 of course with the core parts and labor $4000 for the parts $1700 labor

    that is stupid cheap considering that just the head gasket kit alone is about 700 all said and done a head ussually ranges between 7 and 8 K
