No tickets with the 2 truck accidents. That's big plus.
Insurance may know about those anyway, which some trucking will have access to.

    That's 4 preventables in 3 yrs.
What shows on your MVR (Motor Vehicle Report)?
You can get a copy at your local DMV.

If your MVR is clean, you might be ok.
New companies will call your old company and ask why you were fired, so be prepared for that.
Apply with those @Eddiec posted in Post #13.
Here's one 2nd chance company also:
    .Home - Western Express

'I wasn’t even supposed to be on the road but they said I had to deliver the load'.
The most powerful word is NO. Learn to say it when it's needed.
You should have made a risk assessment concerning your ability to drive and refuse to relocate the freight.
There are 3 main reasons to refuse an assignment:
    1. Illegal to perform.
    2. Unsafe to perform.
    3. Unable to perform.
In your case your were not mentally fit for duty due to an obvious emotionally distressed state of mind.
That made you an unsafe operator unable to perform.
    Do you agree?

    MissTrucker90 Thanks this.
