U try CR England and/or CRST?
Also, there's always a handful of felons asking this kind of question on here, use the search function for more help.

depending on what the felony was. will depend on if you will ever be able to drive a truck. most companies want it to be 6 years old. others require it to be 10 years old. and other will never accept a felony or any other kind of criminal record. the reason. the go to canada. and the driver can't have a criminal record or anything to cross the border.

These companies will hire you after you complete a CDL school; they don't have their own training program.

Canada considered DUI/DWIs as felonies so they won't allow anyone with them into the country without going through their rehabilitation ... cutting a $400 check.

Trucking was one of the few jobs that a felon could get where he could make a decent living back then.

It looks as though the trucking companies and the D.O.T. do NOT want convicted felons in the trucking business. It would NOT surprise me if Canada has become an excuse to exclude convicted felons from the trucking industry.
