    Hello everyone.

I need some help. I have graduated CDL school, got my CDL, and started working for a company. After working for 3 weeks in training with a right seat trainer, they switched me over to team training.

I was very surprised to find that I am unable to sleep in the truck while someone else is driving. It was a problem I was NOT expecting and it blindsided me.

My first company released me from training because I could not complete the team phase, so now I'm trying to find a company that will let me complete training without running as a team.

I know that my company put down that I voluntarily resigned so it wouldn't look as bad on my DAC report. I was very close to completing training with my first company, but I just couldn't quite make it. I've logged 171 hours of driving and received high marks for my driving skills, but being unable to run as a team killed me.

My question for you guys out there is any suggestions for companies that hire recent graduates and don't require that the driver run as a team while in training. Any suggestions would be very helpful - I really don't want to give up on trucking, I was loving the hell out of it during training.

I've already applied to Maverick Trucking after checking with them, they don't require team driving. But I want to apply to multiple companies because I can't afford to be unemployed for long.

Any help would be greatly appreciated :)
