Need help with belly dump gate valve.

Boss put a new valve on the belly dump I pull and it does not work correctly. 120 psi gate will open sometimes and sometimes I have to get out and open them manually. Usually if I am moving they will open.

They will however not close at all. I don't know if there is an adjustment for the spring tension or not within the valve. They probably have it wired wrong too. I have had no luck so far finding info I need on the valve. I am attaching some photos.
