You could have avoided that reckless charge if you had an attorney. Anyways, good luck

4 speeding, 1 being 15+ over the limit, tailgating, & driving without a license.

Do us all a favor & find another line of work. Nobody needs you to be at the control of an 80,000 pound truck and on the same road as themselves or their family.

Yes but nobody should plead guilty to a reckless charge. It can affect one's life.

    Coffey Thanks this.

You know what youre actually right. My lady has a lead foot and will lawyer up every time she's caught doing 20+. If i wasn't driving truck my silly mind would forget that in America we have the right to an attorney in the court of law, no matter which court

Numb, Coffey and Swift007 Thank this.

I was guilty as charged, plus I had no idea how detrimental it would be to anything driving wise I would try to do later on. Hard lesson learned

I really really hope you find a way. Apparently you do regret your past decisions, and that's the most important thing. Good luck brother!
Just to make you feel good. I had three moving violations in 2014. My insurance went to the roof, had to sell my car. No more tickets since then. Lesson learned.

I will give him a break. That was 12 years ago. Maybe he was a dumb kid at the time. He is fine now and wants to earn his bread.

    Coffey and Badmon Thank this.
