Need help with the insurance

    Hi guys i just applied for MC and DOT today and now i'm searching for insurance what insurance companies i should check with first? i have never had any commercial insurance before i got 1 quote today from progressive for $9500 and a mother..ers want to pay it in full is it insane ? just want to get advise from someone who recently started where did you guys get your first commercial insurance from and how much you paid

    You are lucky. I am not able to get any insurance in NY with 6 month of exp CDL. Nobody wanna insure me in state of NY.

    I got a quote from Progressive that was much higher than that. They did allow me to get on a payment plan though. It may have something to do with credit score.

    im in florida...fi would give them a try...when i got ins the first time i was 21 with 2 months cdl exp and it came out to 11k
