    They both hire out of Florida and have terminals there. They probably didn't hire you because you told them too much. Don't say anything about being denied anywhere else. Tell Swift you just need help with the pre-trip because you aced all the rest. Don't say anything about having called earlier; they won't know.

    I figured that . I found it difficult to believe that two huge carriers "don't have freight in Florida." Recruiters for trucking companies are a very peculiar crowd . I've never seen anything like it

    DUTIES
    :
    • Movers are responsible for traveling with our drivers to clients' homes.
    • Packing/unpacking homes.
    • Loading/unloading trucks.
    • Providing superior customer service.
    • Maintaining an efficient, professional demeanor at all times.
    QUALIFICATIONS:
    • HHG packing/unpacking experience preferred.
    • Able to lift 50 lbs.
    • Professionalism.
    • Customer Service skills.
    • Able to travel 2-4 weeks at a time.
    • Able to pass a criminal background, physical, and drug test

    Pilot Freight Services seeks a full-time Driver to work out of our Orlando, FL office. Candidate will transport materials to and from specified destinations in a safe and efficient manner and in accordance with DOT regulations. Driver will be assigned a local route and will be home every day.
    Responsibilities:
    • Making pick-ups and deliveries;
    • Knowledge and practice of DOT regulations;
